After building a career in the TV industry for the last decade, I've had the thrill of shooting in different countries and diverse settings. But, with time tight and budgets even tighter, I'm always on the hunt for cost-effective and efficient equipment.
The lightbulb moment happened whilst on a shoe-string budget shoot in Egypt, when I realised that the camera saddles on the market were far too pricey. And so, in that hotel room out in the desert, the BeanPod brand was born.
My mission is to create affordable equipment without compromising quality, and supporting as much local enterprise as possible. In fact, I'm convinced BeanPod camera saddles are better than the rest, and there's more to come!
